Can I return my order?
- If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 15 days of receipt, providing they are in an original resalable condition. If the product has been worn or used, we will not be able to accept a return. Underwear and swimsuits can not be returned. The return costs are your responsibility. Can I request a refund?

We will refund you on your payment option. If the product has been worn or used, we will not be able to accept a return. Underwear and swimsuits can not be returned. - All returns, including shipping costs and arrangements, are your responsibility.

When will I be refunded?
- As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, your refund will be with you 72 hours maximum after the reception and the control of the return.

Do I have extra time to return my order during the holidays (Christmas)?
- You can return them to us within 15 days of receipt, we cannot offer extra time during Christmas.
