HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

2: GO ON YOUR ORDER, CLICK ON DETAILS AND ASK FOR A RETURN
3: RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION, FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, PRINT THE SLIP AND PUT IT IN THE PARCEL
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
If the product has been worn or used, we will not be able to accept a return. When returning your order, be sure to return the order in its original condition. The packaging, labels must be returned in new condition. Please do not use the box of sneakers as a return package. As when we sent it, you will have to slip your box into another box in order to receive it intact (you can also reuse our box). Any non-compliant returns cannot be processed and the return costs will be at your expense.
Underwear and swimwear may not be returned.
The refund is made on the payment method used, 72 hours maximum (working days) after we receive and control the return.
We can't offer an exchange, only a refund.
The return costs are at the customer's expense.
Any package refused during delivery will result in a refund deducted from the return shipping costs charged by the shipping service.
The shipping cost you paid when you placed your order, the return shipping cost as well as customs and VAT charges will not be refunded.
If you return an item from outside the European Union, please clearly mark the package "RETURNED GOODS", to avoid any customs charges. FENOM is not responsible for any return custom and VAT charges made.
