How to order?
- 3 steps:
- Step 1: Add to cart the product of your choice.
- Step 2: Create a customer account or log in to your account.
- Step 3: Go to cart and follow the steps.
As soon as you order, a confirmation email is sent (sometimes check your spam folder). A tracking number will be sent after.

How do I know if my order has been validated?
- After confirming your order, we send you a confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received it, remember to check your spam. The order is also listed on your online account.

How to modify or cancel my order?
- For any request concerning modification or cancellation of your order, please contact us via the contact page. We can only modify or cancel an order when customer service is opened, Monday to Friday, 10am until 6pm (Paris Time). Also please have in mind that an order with the status "order sent to the warehouse" can't be modified or cancelled.Â

When is my order shipped?
- If you are located in the European Union, shipping is the same day for an order made during weekdays before 1PM (Paris time). No shipping during weekends.
If you are located outside the European Union, your order is shipped the next day after your purchase for an order made during weekdays before 1PM (Paris time). No shipping during weekends.
